Vous pourrez effectuer vos paiements en temps réel et au centime près, ainsi vous ne perdrez plus d’argent!Avec l’appli, gérer vos dépenses de restauration et votre compte au quotidien et en toute autonomie n’a jamais été aussi simple ! L’application Pass restaurant est là pour vous permettre d’utiliser votre carte de manière efficace dans vos restaurants préférés et de contrôler vos dépenses. Votre solde carte est consultable à n’importe quel moment. Paramétrez vos alertes solde (par SMS ou email) dans la rubrique « Mon compte » pour les recevoir au rythme qui vous convientUn doute sur une transaction chez un commerçant? Votre espace vous permet de les consulter. Et si un commerçant ne prend pas la carte ou rencontre un problème technique, vous pouvez nous le signaler via les formulaires de la rubrique « SOS Carte » dans « Aide & Support ». Vous avez perdu votre carte ou on vous l’a volée ? Pas de panique, vous pouvez la bloquer ou la débloquer dans la rubrique « Gérer mes Pass » et dans la rubrique « SOS carte ».En plus des tutoriels vidéos présents dans la rubrique « Aide et support », Sodexo partagera régulièrement avec vous des contenus pédagogiques autour de l’utilisation de la carte et des sujets de qualité de vie au travail via son fil d’actualités ou quelques pushs notifications (si vous les acceptez ;-). Vos trois dernières transactions sont consultables en bas de l’écran, et le détail de vos transactions est consultable dans la rubrique « Mes transactions ».Géolocalisation des commerçants qui acceptent la carte« La carte de géolocalisation permet de trouver les restaurants autour de vous qui acceptent votre carte. Vous pouvez aussi effectuer une recherche par nom de restaurant, code postal ou catégorie en tapant sur la loupe en haut d’écran, ou encore faire apparaitre directement la liste des restaurants autour de vous en faisant glisser vers le haut la flèche en bas d’écran ».NB : pour que la géolocalisation fonctionne, il faut au préalable l’avoir activée sur votre smartphone, ou via votre application dans la rubrique « Paramètres ».Des bons plans et des actualités« Bénéficiez de bons plans et actualités via les rubriques dédiées du Menu. Via la rubrique « Aide et Support », mais aussi directement sur les fiches des commerçants depuis la carte de géolocalisation, vous pouvez déclarer un dysfonctionnement chez un commerçant. Perte ou vol de carteEn cas de perte de votre carte, vous pouvez la bloquer temporairement et la débloquer dès que vous le souhaitez. Vous pouvez également lancer la commande d’une nouvelle carte via la fonctionnalité de mise en opposition.
